Do you offer Free Shipping on a order?

Yes we do! We offer FREE SHIPPING to any US or Canadian destination on retail orders valued at $50.00 or more USD.

Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for any local import fees and/or tariffs that may be applied, regardless of the shipping cost.

When FREE SHIPPING is selected, we will typically choose the least expensive shipping option available to us, regardless of any tracking status. You can choose to request another shipping option, but FREE SHIPPING will not apply.

All US orders originate from our warehouse in El Dorado, KS and all CA orders ship from our warehouse in Brantford, ON.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping, at our expense, in order to provide you with a tracking number or to require a signature on delivery when we deem necessary.
