Returns & Refund Policy

Effective 1 January 2025

Scope

This policy covers purchases of Talon Games products made (a) directly from us (our website or our official listings on marketplaces such as Amazon), (b) from authorized retailer websites and stores, and (c) from third-party resellers.

We currently sell and ship only within the United States, and we accept and process returns only for orders delivered to a U.S. address. All return shipments must originate from within the U.S. We do not accept international orders or returns at this time.

Direct Purchases from Talon Games

  • We accept returns of any item within 30 days of purchase with the exception of: Gift Certificates, Downloadable files (e.g., STLs or PDFs), any items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale".

  • Accepted items must be unused, in good condition, and in original packaging (if applicable). See "Contact Us" information below.

  • Customers returning items due to "Change of Mind" are responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes all liability for any lost shipments.

  • For returns due to our error/defect, we will advise next steps.

  • Once received and approved, we will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate for future purchases on our store. (No cash/card refunds).

Retailer Purchases (Authorized Stores/Sites)

If you bought new from an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to request a return or exchange under their policy. We cannot process retailer returns on your behalf.

Third-Party Resellers

We do not accept returns for items purchased from third-party resellers/marketplace sellers that are not our official listings. Please work with the seller you purchased from.

Missing/Defective Parts

If your new product is missing parts and you purchased from us or from an authorized retailer, contact us with a copy of your proof of purchase and the part details. We will send the missing parts.

We do not provide parts for items bought used or opened from third-party resellers.

Notes

  • We may refuse returns that don’t meet the condition criteria.

  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

  • If applicable, pack securely; use a trackable carrier. You are responsible for loss/damage in transit on change-of-mind returns.
